It is the policy of the Silver Springs Airport that no person shall be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination in the receipt of its services on the basis of race, color, national origin (including limited English proficiency), sex (including sexual orientation and gender identity), creed (religion), disability, age, or any other federally protected category as protected by Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended, the Civil Rights Restoration Act of 1987 (PL 100.259), Section 520 of the Airport and Airway Improvement Act of 1982, as amended, the American with Disabilities Act of 1990, as amended, and the Age Discrimination Act of 1975, as amended.
