Airport Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Program
The City of Roswell, New Mexico, owner of the Roswell International Air Center, has established a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program in accordance with regulations of the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) 49 CFR Part 26. The Airport is a recipient of Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) grant funding. As a condition of receiving this assistance, the Airport has signed an assurance that it will comply with 49 CFR Part 26.
The intent of the DBE program is to provide a level playing field for small businesses, and small businesses owned and controlled by socially and economically disadvantaged individuals can equitably compete for contracts at this airport or other airports receiving federal funding.
